Fire-resistant busbars can continuously supply power in high-temperature environments (typically 750°C – 1000°C) during a fire, meeting national standards for fire resistance limits of 90 minutes, 120 minutes, or even 180 minutes.

Conductor surfaces are typically wrapped with multiple layers of high-quality fire-resistant mica tape, using a double-layer shell or sprayed with ceramic fire-retardant coating.

Using low-smoke, halogen-free flame-retardant materials, the smoke produced during combustion is extremely low, and it does not contain halogens or other toxic gases.

Fire-resistant busbars must withstand the impact of fire-fighting water jets and structural deformation under fire conditions. The overall structure is robust, preventing damage to power lines from falling objects during a fire.
